IMPORTANT NOTE: Remember not to long ago I started a petition to try and get the guys on Storytellers? Well, unfortionately my computer zapped ALL the names I had collected of people who wanted to see the guys on the show. I still REALLY want to see this happen, so all of you interested in this cause please keep reading to find out how you can help...

Could you imagine the guys performing on VH1's Storytellers? Dazzie with all his style, and that increadable voice, and Daniel the man leading the band? All of this plus the guys telling the stories behind the lyrics? If this is something that you would LOVE to see, pleasee-mail e-mail VH1 at VH1. PLEASE NOTE: You MUST put "Storytellers" in the SUBJECT line of your email. Whatever else you want to put in order to convince them to put the guys on the show is up to you, but I would suggest putting something about the release of Affirmation and their new hit. Also, complementing them on the show always helps. THANKS!!!

VERY VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:

Friday, November 26 (tomorrow) we are going to hit MTV-VH1 from all sides. This will be a Savage Garden attack that WILL get noticed even if we don't make it on TRL.

I have learned some info that I will pass on to you: The Hot Zone is the place that can get a video on the top ten, named TRL. How do they do the ratings of a video on The Hot Zone? Radio Airplay, Video Request, DJ's opinion. The American numbers on "The Hot Zone" locate I Knew I Loved You on a #11 possition this week. So if the Video apears on The Hot Zone it means its HOT! and a possible spot on the countdown.

Ok, that is what I was told. We definitely have the Radio Airplay on our side because IKILY was the highest moving song based on airplay again this week on Billboard. We need to boost up the requests for the videos (She tells me to do it on both MTV and VH1 as they both are the same company and will get noticed).

So this is what we do.....
1. Send an email to VH1: VH1 DJs
2. Send an email to MTV: MTV MUSIC TALK
3. Send an email to MTV News using this form: MTV NEWS
4. Vote on TRL using the instructions below.

Your emails are just telling them that you want to request that they play the IKILY video more because you love it so much! Type one message and then cut and paste your message into the other two emails so you don't have to retype it. (Make sure your message is generic and can be used for either MTV or VH1).

These are the instructions for voting on TRL tomorrow (Remember send only one vote from each ip address. If you have access to more than one computer or more than one internet provider you can vote once on each):

Vote online between 11:30 AM EST and 2:30 PM EST using the link on the top of the BBS page or this one: MTV TOTAL REQUEST LIVE

Vote by phone between 2:30 PM EST and 3:30 PM EST Call 1-800-DIALMTV (1-800-342-5688) Try dialing a little before 2:30 to try to get in but if they actually answer before 2:30 then it won't count so just try a minute before. This is where we have been failing. Phone calls are so important!

If you cut and paste your message to all of them you will save time and it shouldn't take you very long to do. Please try this new approach and see how it goes. I know it's frustrating but we are getting our guys noticed this way.
